पिछले पोस्ट में हमने आपको कुछ टिप्स बताए थे। आज हम उसमें कुछ और बताने जा रहे हैं।
मन तो भटकता रहता है क्यों कि वह बहुत ही चंचल होता है। और फिर हम जो पढ़ रहें हैं उसमें तो हमारी कोई रूचि नही है। और यही रूचि अगर होती तो हमे पढ़ा हुआ चीज जल्दी याद हो जाता।
कोई बात नही हम आपको एक इमैजिनेशन टेक्नीक बताते हैं जिससे आपको बहुत जल्दी ही याद हो जायेगा।
इमेजिनेशन का मतलब है कल्पना करना, या सोचना। पहले आपको ये करना होगा कि जो भी चीजे पढ़े उसे अपने शब्दों में लिख लें। शब्दों में लिखना बहुत आवश्यक है। लिखने के बाद उसे अपने मन में एक बार रिवाइज्ड करिये। इससे क्विक रिविजन भी हो जायेगा और आपको अधिकांश भाग याद भी हो जायेगा।
अब बात आती है इमेजिनेशन की तो, इसे इस प्रकार समझें- जैसे हम कहीं किसी की शादी या पार्टी में जाते हैं तो वहां हम और लोगों से अनजान रहते हैं। हम किसी को नही जानते पर कोई भी दोस्त जब उनका परिचय करवाता है तो हम उन्हे याद रखते हैं। अब अगर आपको शादी या पार्टी में पूछा जाये कि आपने वहां क्या-क्या खाया या फिर क्या-क्या देखा। तो आपको एकदम से एक चित्र आपके दिमाग में बन जायेगा कि मैने क्या खाया था। तुरंत ही आपको याद आने लगेगा कि मैने इतने बजे, ये चीजें और इस तरह से खायी थी।
तो यही आपको अपने स्टडी मे भी करना है। उदाहरण से समझाते हैं-
बिन्दुसार के बाद सम्राट अशोक (273 ईसा पूर्व से 232 ईसा पूर्व) विशाल मौर्य साम्राज्य की गद्दी पर बैठा। रुद्रदामन के जूनागढ़ अभिलेख में भी अशोक नाम का उल्लेख मिलता है।
अब आप उपरोक्त वाक्य को कैसे याद करेंगे तो हम आपको बताते हैं कि कैसे इमेज बनाकर इसे याद किया जा सकता है। पहला वाक्य आपने देखा कि अशोक किसके बाद गद्दी पर बैठा था तो वहां पाया आपने बिन्दुसार के, तो आप तुरंत ही एक चित्र बना ले अपने दिमाग में कि बिंदुसार ऐसे होंगे उनके मुह पर बिंदु बिंदु होगा और वह जैसे ही अपने गद्दी से उतरते हैं तो सम्राट अशोक उनका भी चित्र दिमाग में आ गया होगा। वह तुरंत ही उस पर उछलक बैठ जाते हैं। और वह समय 273 साल पहले जब ईसा मसीह का जन्म नही हुआ था तब।
